I’m going to write about my hometown, Portoviejo, where I was born and raised. Portoviejo is the capital of Manabi Province, Ecuador. When I think about Portoviejo, I have flashbacks to my childhood when I used to live there. 

I had a wonderful childhood. I lived with my parents and my sisters. I used to play with my sisters and cousins. We lived in a small house where there were no luxuries and no cell phones. We only played with toys. My family was united. That was an important thing to me. 

I miss the beach, my family, and the food.
