My object is a ring. Its silver and has three small diamonds in the middle of it. Its been passed down 4 generations. The ring was my great grandmothers and she passed it on to my grandmother and she passed it on to my mother and then to me. I’ll wear it only on special occasions. Never to school or to go out. I don't really wear it much because it's such a valuable ring to me and i don't want to lose it. I’m so grateful to have my great grandmother's ring. I never got to meet her so having something that belonged to her would be like having a memory of her.
