This pan was my great grandmothers. She got it for her bridal shower in 1934. My grandma used this pan when my mom was a child and now my mom uses it. She makes blintzes in it every Christmas Eve as a tradition. On Christmas Eve we can’t eat meat because it is a Polish tradition called Wigilia. This pan has a lot of history and I can’t wait for it to be my turn to make the blintzes using the pan.
