Hello my name is Shaan, I am 8 years old. One of my Dad's favorite toys growing up in India was the Hot Wheels 12 car collector's case! Not too long ago, during one of his trips back to India, he was thrilled and surprised to find his HW case in one of the old cabinets in the same house that he grew up in! After all these years, some of his toys were kept in a safe and pristine condition by his Aunt (FiaBa). In Ms.Katie's class for "Your Story, Our Story" project, my Dad said he wanted to give me something special, if I like it I get to keep it! At my Grandma's house, he showed me his vintage HW cars! I love playing with all kinds of cars, Hot Wheels, making Lego cars, etc. but these 12 cars were extra special. I have 5 favorite cars from the collection, there's a picture of them, 1. 1975 Super Hero Spider-Man car  2. 1977 (Green) Ford Early Times Delivery car  3. 1976 (Brown) T Totaller  4. 1976  '31 Doozie Orange & Brown  5. 1974 Black Ford Gran Torino Cragar 3.  I am so happy that my Dad found his car collection, brought it back for me from India to NJ to Brooklyn! Now I get to play with these special cars and add them to my HW collection! I like that my Dad shares his stories and experiences of how he grew up in India, his school, friends, toys, food and how his FiaBa raised him. One day perhaps I can visit India, the home where he grew up in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India! Now I need to make a garage for all my cars!!  Thank you Dad! Love you Mom & Dad.
