My dad immigrated from Mexico to the United States and during the time that he has been here he has learned to work hard My dad grew up poor in Mexico,  and he had to stop studying after his first year of middle school. With his siblings and some cousins; they all stayed in one room with one bed. When he turned 15, he got a job as a dishwasher in the same restaurants as one of his brothers. When my dad had my older sister, he was 27 and was already a permanent resident which for some that immigrated is a big deal. At that time he already owned a restaurant and went on to have a total of 3 restaurants. But after my dad was done with the restaurants. He opened another of his restaurants that has been ongoing for 25 years now. My dad with my mom have been running their business and it's gone well for them. Over the years my dad has been expanding it more in Mexico and here in the United States. My dad also recently obtained his US Citizenship, which was big because all of my uncles were already citizens, and my dad has accomplished so much.
