The person I watched was Viet Thanh Nguyen and he talked about his parents' grocery store in downtown San Jose.
My object is my blanket. It is special to me because I got it when I was a baby, and I have slept with it pretty much every night since then. It gives me comfort when I go to bed because it gives a feeling of safety and home. Since I got it when I was a baby it's too small for me now and I put it next to my pillow, but it still gives the smell of my bedroom and home. Every time I have had a bad day or a rough things happens, it is always there to comfort me. That's why it's special.
