My object is mozzarella. It is a company that my family has had since 1923 and my family have been passing down the company for 12 generations. The company is called the Aiello Brothers Co. My family came to America from Italy. They wanted to continue the cheese making business in a new country. Mozzarella is a cheese made from milk. It is a long and step-filled process.
Fun fact: My family also used to have a pork store but got sold in 2002.
