Berserk is Guts, the main character, goes through really hard battles and betrayals. Even though things get really bad, he never gives up. This is like Stoicism, where people learn to keep going even when life is really hard.
Cowboy Bebop is around a character named Spike and his friends also deal with a lot of sad things, like losing people and feeling alone. Even when they don’t have all the answers, they keep living their lives, which is what Stoicism teaches—accepting tough times without giving up. Stoics believe that life can be hard, but the important thing is to stay calm and strong inside, just like Guts and Spike do when they face their problems. At 17, it’s normal to feel unsure about the future. Spike’s journey in Cowboy Bebop reflects a lot of that uncertainty, and instead of having everything figured out, he learns to live in the moment. Stoicism teaches that it's okay to not have all the answers, as long as you're working to be your best self, step by step.Just like Guts in Berserk and Spike in Cowboy Bebop, you might face tough situations. Whether it’s stress from school, figuring out your future, or handling difficult emotions, these characters show how it's possible to keep going even when things feel overwhelming. Stoicism teaches that while we can’t always control what happens to us, we can control how we react—by staying calm and strong inside. so i just preserve through everything whenever i can thanks to what these taught me.(Zeno of Citium founded Stoicism, a Hellenistic philosophy, in Athens around 300 BCE:)
