Momo
I choose to write about my favorite stuffed animal, Momo. Momo is a blue, matted down, lazy looking hippo pillow. He has eyes that look like he just woke up from a good night's sleep. He also has this weird tongue that doesn’t stay in his mouth. He can be rolled up into a cylinder but it doesn’t work as well as it used to. Momo used to have a rattle inside and two teeth but the teeth were eaten by my dog and my mom took the rattle out. He has been stuffed back up a couple times because the stuffing becomes matted down and bumpy. I think the reason I’m so obsessed with him is because I’ve had him in my life for so long. I’ve had him ever since I was about 1. He was gifted to me by my grandma's sister, Mary. I have slept with Momo probably almost every night of my life, and when I don't have him I can’t sleep. I can only remember one time when I didn’t have Momo and we had to go back to my grandparents house to get him. One thing everyone thinks is weird is I sniff Momo almost every time I see him. This I believe was started by my aunt who also sniffed this old blanket of hers until it was eaten by a dog. Momo smells like my hair and my dog. My family and my friends think it’s so weird that I carry him wherever I go but I can’t help it and I just love him so much!!
