Classical music in English from the 80s and 90s is important to me because It makes me feel like I was in my country Honduras and in those times. This music connects with my identity because it represents when I spent time with my family and when I went to see how my father worked in his workshop. I liked to help him even though I didn't know anything about mechanics, but I liked being there asking him about everything.It makes me remember when we had breakfast baleadas, orange juice on a weekend and those songs playing in the background in the morning like John Lennon's Imagine. My dad likes to listen to those songs and since I used to listen to them with him when I was little, now I love them.
