My family celebrates passover (Passover is a celebration of the story of Exodus. During Passover, Jews remember how their ancestors left slavery behind them when they were led out of Egypt by Moses. Passover is celebrated with a series of rituals. Each ritual symbolises a different part of the story.) and my mom makes the best matzah brei and ever since i was young i've loved matzah brei. This dish consists of eggs and matzah. ( Matzo Brei (also known as "fried matzah") is a dish of Ashkenazi Jewish origin that is typically prepared during Passover, a Jewish holiday that commemorates the Israelites' liberation from slavery in ancient Egypt.) I've had this dish so much in my life. My great grandma “gg” created the recipe we use and taught my mom who taught me this dish has been in our family forever and I love it. This is a staple of our household. And will always be one of my favorite dishes to eat.
