mal de ojo
The Bracelet that I wear is a tradition in my family for little kids and older kids. For the little kids when they babies if they wear when they are babies it protects them from bad spirits it’s like a guardian angel. When grown up kids wear them it also protects but in their sleep or just around when they out at a party or with family. People say that it’s an angel from a past relative that is protecting you from all the dangers around in your dreams. It’s a heritage in my family when we go to Mexico we go get these bracelets and we give them to our family members so it can protect them. The bracelet has Jesus on it because symbolizes something for Mexican culture that if you have these it will protect you from bad things in your dreams or anything. I wear this because my mom gave it to me before she passed away and I always wear it because I know my mom is taking care of me and I know she’s always going to be with me. Everyone in my family has one and we all wear it anywhere we go because we know it protects us and we like the way they make the bracelets as well. This is my culture that I wear around my wrist. It protects me in my sleep and it protects from any dangers.
