I am going to talk about the machuca, it is a meal made from mashed plantains and varieties of meat such as fish and chicken.
It is good in the United States because it will keep you warm in freezing weather.This is connected to my life because my family does it and I like it.
I like it when my mom, my aunt, and my grandmother roast the machuca.
