Now every time we go to England he begs her to cook Lamb Chops with Gravy Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes. Is a piece of lamb,mashed potatoes,corn,peas and broccoli. This is one of my dad's favorite meals. It is a very popular meal in England .   When my dad was a kid his mom would cook a special meal on the weekends. Because she could not cook during the week she had no time . This is my dad's favorite thing she would make. The way my grandma makes it is she cooks the lamb in mint jelly, cooks the potatoes, mashes them steams the green beans, cooks peas, corn and broccoli.  Then they would sit round the table talk about there day, and there week and eat it.
