''Lam'' bracelet is an important part of my traditions. is it gold and black argent we have to wear it on our right hand.
 In my country Senegal the ancient grand mother was practice it until now.  My mother and my grand mother told me about but every born celebration the naming of the baby bring bracelet to the baby. They say the bracelet ''lam'' gonna protect to you. My bracelet is so important to me because my grand mother gave to me when I was coming in United States and tell me I must not lose it. I wear it everyday and one day give to my children.
