When my aunt was going to go away from my mom and my grandparents, my aunt gave my mom a Bible, that Bible had been given to my aunt by my grandmother. This Bible is called La Reina Valera 1960, this Bible was the first Bible that I read because my mom received it then she still has it. This Bible was published in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and La Reina Valera Bible is made of paper called papyrus. It was made from an aquatic plant that lives in swampy areas, whose scientific name is Cyperus papyrus. It has 66 books, divided between the Old Testament, which includes 39 books, and the New Testament, 27 books. It has 2,560 pages and is used to preach the Gospel because as he says in the Bible, he also left us the word so that we would know about him and we know who he is. This Bible has been with me everywhere and I remember crying over it when I was having a hard time. This Bible is important to me because it helps me to have communication with my God. It also gives me a lot of wisdom and teaches me things that are good and bad. It teaches me to worship and glorify God. It says how my God worked in the prophets. Also, when I have bad situations, it helps me to know how to handle things. This Bible is connected to my culture because they taught me from a young age to praise God through the Bible
