The Kiddush cup is an ancient Jewish artifact. This artifact is used every Friday night after the blessing over the wine. This is a sacred thing that all Jews do that has been passed down from generation to generation. This is a cool thing to see when you go anywhere in the world they will probably have a Kiddush cup. The Kiddush cup that I took a beautiful picture of is my father's; he got it when he got his Bar Mitzvah. My brother got his when he was Bar Mitzah and I got mine when I got Bar Mitzvah. The Kiddush cup is a very sacred thing given to anyone who has been Bar or Bat mitzvah. This is something that I will keep with me all of my life and I will always think of my family when I see it.
