This is one of the Shabbat cups my family uses every Friday night to celebrate Shabbat. Shabot is a Jewish holiday every Friday where we have relax and have a day of rest for the holiday. This cup is one that my dad got when he was a little kid and he has used it ever since. When I am older this cup will be passed down to me and if I have a kid it might be passed down to them as an artifact for our family. It is very important to my dad and my grandma who also has one of her own. It also signifies a sense of family because whenever we are using those special cups it means that we are together as a family eating a nice meal together.
