Kabsa
Kabsa is a delicious meal. It is not just one dish, but a group of dishes, each with a distinctive touch and unique flavors based on the basic elements in preparing any Kabsa. However, this traditional mixture of rice and meat is very popular in Arab countries, where it is considered a national dish. It is a favorite meal, especially on the Ramadan table, as it is one of the complete meals from the famous Yemeni recipes. Where gatherings are held, you can serve it to your family or on special occasions. As for my family, my mother is the one who cooks Kabsa. She used to prepare it in a delicious way and everyone used to eat it. When I eat Kabsa, I feel full and satisfied because it is made of meat and rice. My mother learned this recipe from my grandmother.
