I chose this object because half of my family originated from Italy.   My great great grandpa came from Sicily, Italy.  It looks like a green white and red flag.  It is used for a lot of reasons.  Also how me immigrated from Italy and the flag represents the whole country.  When I see the Italian flag I feel proud to be Italian because it is such a cool country. It describes who I am because I am ¼ italian and my whole dads side of the family is from Italy.  It is important to me because I love Italy. I love everything about Italy the food, the language, the place, and the country itself.
