A religious book in Arabic dear to all Muslims in Islam. The Quran has a long history and it is a book without any changes .I chose the Quran as my artifact because it is an important part of my life, my family and faith. Growing up the Quran was always around me, and it became connected to some of my grandma reciting the Quran without looking at it. During childhood she would put me to sleep by reciting the Quran ,warmth of grandmas lap  and loud fan. I remember listening to her voice and feeling calm and safe as i feel asleep, hearing her recite form memory, showed how important the Quran was to her and how deeply it shaped my connection with her. The Quran means more to me then just a religious book it reminds me of my grandma ,my childhood and the connection i have with my family and my faith. Even how reading ,hearing surah -Rahman can remind me of my memories of my grandma bring peace to my heart feeling warmth from distance. My artifact connect to” we the people” with the un states, New York being a place of diversity ,home to immigrants and difference. Following the 1st amendment freedom of speech, freedom to express yourself ,we the people is having right to express different practicing religions, seeing Jewish ,Christians ,Muslims shows that New York is build up on differences and the first amendment makes it easier to carry your beliefs and traditions
