I want to talk about traditional Russian holiday food ''Holodets'' - cold meet jelly. Usually it is made for New Year's night. To cook holodets you need to take pig, cow or chicken feet and you need to boil it around 4 hours, after that you need to refrigerate it overnight. It is served with mustard. I like holodets because it reminds me about my childhood, when all my family met together and celebrated the New Year. A few times I bought holodets here in New York in Netcost Market, it's little bit different from my family's recipe, but almost the same
