My family artifact is a locket. The locket is gray and shaped like a heart. On the heart shaped locket there an abstract design. The locket has only been passed down to me, and was originally owed by my mom. My mom made the necklace when she was a teenager. She took a picture of her and her boyfriend (who is now my dad), and shaped it to fit in the locket. Then she put the picture of them in the locket. The locket was necklace that my mom used to wear all the time when she was a teenager. I wear the necklace only if I am not doing something active like Movement or P.E because I am scared that it will get lost or fall off the chain.
