My object is a Harry Potter wand. The wand was made in the United States of America, Universal Studios, California. The object is made from pure metal (steel) and pure solid wood. The wand is about 25 cm long and is pointy (not sharp) but easy to hold with a firm relaxing grip. The wand is heavy and weighs about a pound. It looks exactly as described in Harry Potter, and was used by Harry Potter himself in all the Harry Potter books. The object is important to me as it was gifted to me by both my parents and every time I look at it, it gives me wonderful memories. In the books of Harry Potter, the wand was always mentioned in the books. The wand was a very important model in all the Harry Potter books. The story behind the wand was when I was going to watch the show of a wizard (Actor) creating and showing magic tricks in front of us, he informed us that there were a lot of different kinds of wands, so we could buy and choose the wands that we preferred and associated with our favorite character. The object is about 6 years old and represents the world of imagination and wizardry. It represents that everything is possible and determination. My mom and dad gave this to me as a present because they wanted me to remember the whole trip and the fun I had. The object means to me and my family is that it provides us wonderful memories. The wand is important to my as written above because it was gifted to me by both my parents, will be handled with care, and reminds me of wonderful and fascination memories. To conclude, this is one of my favorite objects and will always be.
