Guyanese Chowmein Recipe
My object is a chow mein recipe. This recipe was made by a Guyanese family. Chow mein is a popular noodle dish in Guyana. And was given to the Guyanese people of chinese descent. It started off from my great grandma and then passed on from generations to generations. The meaning of chow mein is a seasoned stew of shredded diced meat, mushrooms, and vegetables that is usually served with fried noodles. There are a lot of different ways to make it but I prefer my way. We make it pretty often. I had it a bunch of times and it was delicious. My whole family loves it!
