My family has a beautiful painting. The painting was made by my great grandmother. She recently passed away so it means more to me now than ever.My great grandmother made it in Japan were she used to live in. She made it out of canvas, wood, and oil paint. It is also important to me because it is a painting of a summer house me and my family stay in every summer. It is also important because there can’t be another one made because she passed away. Something you can learn is that we stay in that house in japan for summer. And now it is hanging in my living room reminding of my great grandmother. Questions I have that I wish I could ask my grandmother would be: When was it made? Why did you make it? How did you feel about the painting?

This painting hangs in my house and it means a lot to me and my family.
