The object that was passed down from my great-grandfather is a gold cross chain. I don't know where it was from but I know that it was passed down to my mother and also has a lot of meaning. This chain is very special because my grandfather would always wear chains, watches, rings that had a lot of meaning to him. The cross chain represented their beliefs in God. My grandparents are both serious about their beliefs in God.
