The object I have makes vegetables into pieces and makes soft uncooked foods flat. It’s made out of a rock like material. It needs to be strong in order to break the food into smaller pieces. It comes from my country, Bangladesh. 
The object is important to my culture because when my mom was young her grandma used to use it for making food. My grandmother then gave it to my mother and my mother uses in our home. 
This object represents me and my family because now every day the object is in our home to help us cook and prepare Bangladesh’s traditional foods.
