As my story I chose Pozole. It is a Mexican soup with a chile broth and chunks of pork. As simple as it is it is delicious and it reminds me of my family all being together during the holiday season. Pozole reminds me of being at my grandma's house with all of my cousins and aunts and uncles, my grandma's house isn't that big so we're all kind of crammed in the living room/kitchen just eating together as a family.
