As a little kid, this was most doubtedly my most eaten meal, I mean it's still probably my most eaten meal till the current day, and it always will be. This meal is just nostalgic to me, every summer as a kid,, my mother and my sister would always travel to North Carolina with my cousins to go see the rest of the family that lives down there. It was a joyful moment every time. My grandmother down there cooked everyday, all day. Her most delicious meal was, can you guess it... rice beans and chicken with tostones. It is hands down the best rice and beans I've ever tasted
