I am half Filipino. My grandparents immigrated from the Philippines to the United States. My grandmother is very good at cooking Filipino food. One food that she knows how to make is Lumpia and it is one of my favorites. It is a fried crispy egg roll. It is filled with pork, unions, carrots, egg, and other seasonings.
