Fanesca; This is a traditional dish made for holy week from my country Ecuador 
                 Fanesca is made by many ingredients like vegetables, grains and catfish cooking this dish makes me remember my childhood and the special moments I spend with my mom and my siblings we start a day before putting together all ingredients .
on friday my mom wake us up early in the morning to start the preparation because it had to be share with our neighbors before midday
i like this traditions because keep the people united each others
