My father is from Finland and in Finland they have a different Christmas tradition than in America. In Finland they celebrate Christmas on Christmas eve. They have a big fancy dinner and dress up. Also Santa comes to the house and brings gifts to all the children. The children get to play with their toys and have a visit with Santa. So we do that here in America. When we got older my dad told us that when he lived in Finland every Christmas eve he could see a lot of Santa's running door to door around his neighborhood. They were all paid by parents to visit their children. Me and my mom saw this mug last Christmas and bought it for my dads Christmas gift because it reminded us of him telling us about the Santa´s running around the neighborhoods in Finland.
