This a picture of my grandpa

When my mom was getting her visa as a legal immigrant in 2001 to come to the US to help my grandma work to take care of my grandpa who because of an illness was unable to work.  For 3 years my mom had to sacrifice many things like school, time with friends, and leaving home just to help my grandpa. I know she made the right decision by coming here to work and helping him where there wasn't much freedom in Mexico than America and still to this day there is not much freedom. In the US my mom had a lot of job opportunities and bigger salary. Leaving home was rough for her at first but when she adapted to this new environment, she learned how to speak a new language, how to ask, how to find things, etc. I would describe the picture by saying it had an old, nostalgic, and warmth to it with deep meaning to our family. The picture is a small picture with a glass frame which was made with glass, paper, plastic, and wood. It reminds me to spend time with the people that you love because time is so unpredictable. The reason why my grandma motivated my mom to come to America was to support & pay his medical bills. It was taken in 1996 in Mexico. Sometimes, places have more then others and should do their roll and take every opportunity to the max to support & in the future someone will thank you for everything you have done for them. So just make sure you take time with the people you love, take care of your family, and be happy with the people that you have in life.
