I chose to share this family photo. The moment my parents decided to live in the United States, our family separated. This photo was taken in New Year 2018, my family always spent holidays together, birthdays, carnival, Easter, Christmas and New Year. And this photo is very important to me because it reminds me of the good times we spent together. When I look at this photo it's hard to explain how much health my brothers give me, from staying in the living room watching television, having dinner at the table, playing games and even when we had our brother fights. All I wanted most now was to see my family together again, to see that 100% happiness of my parents. It reminds me of the good and bad times we had in Portugal, incredible times when we traveled as a family to the islands, or when we were on my father's farm. I think it's amazing how a photo can give so many memories and nostalgia, and that we can take it into our lives and show it to our future children or nephews and show when we were a happy united family.
