My family’s story connects to a few others I’ve heard like this where they had problems that might not compare to the ones they had here but were still consistent. This new story that connects to the one I just mentioned consists of trying to get used to their new surroundings. I’m familiar with my family members telling me about their point of view about America. It was much different from where they originally came from the sights to the food that is served. Both these stories share their struggles and differences between America and Mexico. My family members had to get used to changes in laws including a law that said people 50+ years old can't work anymore. However, in America that law was different where people at this age and above are still able to work. Even though there might have been problems at adapting this was definitely one of the laws that my family members were fascinated by the most.
