In my country Colombia, there are many kinds of food, is diversity depends of the region or state, (departament), but I want to write about a kind of traditional food what is made of corn, I know this food since I was a child because my mother loves it, is basically a mix between corn mass and cheese, but its can have raisins too, even coconut, when I was a child I didn't like to eat this, because I didn't like how its looks, this is wrapped in corn husk, this look like an antique kind of food, but when I become adult I had patience testing this and now I like the envueltos, and i would like recomend this to anybody who dont knows and is interested to know some traditional Colombian food.
