Enchiladas that's important to me because they are a memory I have from my country.  When I stayed at home with my brother and family we’d eat enchiladas on the weekend so this became a tradition. My brother and me we liked to go buy things to make enchiladas - we got home and we make sometimes my mother cheated on us sometimes by eating them, so we started to go to buy things and we watch a video the how make enchiladas, this was so much fun.  When I moved to the United States I started to miss the food too much and sometimes I cried because the flavor of food is not the same but its okay, sometimes I go and buy the things for make enchiladas and I cry because i miss my brother and also I miss Guatemala because of the tradition that my family made, I also remember that the enchiladas there were the best.
