El pozole
When I was in Mexico my grandmother cooked pozole. The pozole is made of corn, it has meat, vegetables and a little mole. I tried it for the first time and I liked it. I liked it a lot. Since my grandmother used to make it at Christmas and all my uncles would get together to eat, all my uncles were happy. When I eat pozole it reminds me of my family when I'm in Mexico. But here the pozole is not the same as in Mexico because there we put the corn so that it cooks and here it is done only to boil.
