Music has always been a quintessential part of my life from when I can remember. Both of my parents are big into music, only it mainly consists of various metal and grunge. My dad, who was a drummer in the 90s who went into the early 2000s to a doom metal band, was always pushing me and my brother into music. For me, my dad and my mother bringing music into my life is very important to me. The music I listened to was always in my life even when I was a baby. When I turned 14 or 15 I knew I wanted to play the drums and I begged my mom to let my dad bring his old drumset into the house; my dad of course was all for it. Around 16 she let him bring it home and it is currently missing cymbals, unfortunately. One day it'll be used again.
