There's nothing really special about my story, only where I'm from and what nationality/race I identify as. The Dominican flag to me represents my culture, heritage. I don't really feel American, mainly because what determines who is American and who isn't? There are some songs that make me feel American like the song "Paparazzi" by Lady Gaga or even watching Tv shows like American Horror Story, makes me feel American. The Dominican flag doesn't just represent my culture or heritage but it shows where I'm from.
