Brigadeiro
Brigadeiro is a chocolate sweet, in the form of small balls with confetti made of chocolate sprinkles or colored sprinkles, inside of small paper cups.
We give a brigadeiro at parties, in moments when we receive guests in our house. For example: after a dinner you give your guest a brigadeiro for dessert.
This sweet is made with your hands, one by one. In my family is acustom for the women of the family to stay together on day before a party to make many sweets for next day (party day).
I remember my mother called my aunt to plan my birthday party when I was 10 years old, and my mom say: Don't forget the sprinkles for brigadeiro... Daniela loves brigadeiro!
Now I make this sweet for my son and he loves it too.
This sweet is from Brazil. If you ask for a the best chocolate sweet everyone will say: Brigadeiro!
At all birthday parties this sweet is traditional, everyone looks for brigadeiro. For parties, my family makes a lot of brigadeiros because it's impossible to eat just one.
