Cross Bracelet
The photo above shows a bracelet in the shape of a cross, a meaningful gift I received from my father. I was given this bracelet a few years ago, which has become a constant part of my life. I wear it every day to school or anywhere I go. This bracelet has grown into something much more than just a piece of jewelry. To me, it is a source of comfort and a reminder of who I am. Every time I wear it I feel a sense of security because it reminds me of my family's love, no matter where I go. The bracelet holds deep significance, representing not only my personal connection to my family but also my Catholic religion. As a child of Mexican parents, religion plays an important role in shaping my cultural identity, and this cross serves as a representation of that. It connects me closer to my Mexican heritage and beliefs, which were passed down to me by my family. Whether I'm feeling sad or joyful, this bracelet reminds me of my roots and keeps me grounded in my faith and close to my family.
