cow plushie
My object is a shaggy cow stuffed animal. It is primarily white with a few small black spots and four small, floppy limbs. It used to be a puppet, but my aunt turned it into a stuffed animal; its eyes are now drawn on with Sharpie because my dog, who was a puppy at the time, attacked it.I got this stuffed animal when I was a baby from the people my parents were renting their living space from. It is important to me because it represents a time in my life I can’t remember, but I know was great. I don’t have a specific memory this cow brings me, but apparently, when the eyes were removed, I was scared of the cow (~age 2-4) and didn’t want to see it. My mom never got around to repairing it, so it wasn’t a part of the childhood that I remember. I recently found it again and drew his eyes on; my old plushie now lies by my baby sister’s new pink bunny.
