My great grandfather was born in France in 1907. His name was Frederich Donaldson Pudsey. As a child he moved to Nova Scotia and met my great grandmother, Odell Marie Pudsey (Pothier). In the late 1920's they moved to Canada. My great grandfather brought along with him his own personal cookbook of his traditional family recipes from France. In the 1930's they moved to the United States and settled in Maryland then Dorchester.
