My Talisman. My object is my mother’s chain watch. She gave it to me when I was a child. Because of money problems in our family, my parents had to work abroad. Before she left, my mom gave me her chain watch. I always liked its unusual shape and beautiful golden color. A couple of years after she left, my mom arrived for a long visit to see my sister and me. Then she left again for three years. After some time, my mom immigrated to the United States of America. Four years later, she arranged for my sister and me to join her. I still have this watch, and now, thankfully, we are all together.
