Mexican carne asada

My story behind this photo, I know it may be a picture of food, but this food is called carne asada, and to me it means more than food. This is the food that always brings Hispanic families together. It can be the simplest thing, like my uncle, for a certification to my High School graduation. I always have good memories with my family when we eat this food. I remember this picture was New years and i loved this New Year's so much since it would be my last New Year's being in high school and celebrating with my cousins about my college acceptances and how proud my family was of me. This food has always been the biggest Mexican tradition from people who had cattle and would use their cows for special occasions to bring family together . Carne asada can range from a lot fo thinks but marinated beef , marinated chicken, Grilled onion balls, chorizo, refried beans, rice, guacamole, salsa, tortillas. It truly brings good memories to me and how much my family means to me
