Story pending

This Henkle butcher knife has been in my family for 4 generations. It originated with my great, great, great, great-grandfather who was a cowboy/cattleman in Texas. It has been handed down through generations. My Grandad gave it to my dad about 7 years ago. The blade is carbon steel and when sharpened cuts better than any modern knife. We will continue to try and keep this in the family and hand down to generations to come.
