Bracelet
The bracelet came from my aunt, who raised me since I was 3 months old. My parents were busy with work after I was born, so I was sent back to China to my aunt's place and stayed there for 8 years. To the little me, my aunt is my mother. When I was 8 years old, my parents came to China to bring me back to America. During that time, my parents were more like strangers to me than parents, a word that represents a close relationship. I was super depressed when I knew I had to come back to America with my parents and leave my aunt and uncle. Before my departure, my aunt took me to a jewelry store close to our neighborhood in China. She then brought me this silver bracelet that I picked. After I came to America, I have worn this bracelet for almost every single day. This bracelet is not luxury, but to me it's precious, worth more than gold. It is like my amulet, so I even went to those jewelry stores to make it bigger after I grew up, so I could fit into it.
