Bint al Sahn
My object  is bint al sahn, which is honey cake. I chose this food because i like it alot. honey cake is made out of dough which is made by mixing white flour, eggs, yeast and butter. When you make it you need to mix all the ingredients and you need to split the dough into many little parts. After splitting it into many little parts, you need to spread all of the parts and layer them on top of each other. It's important to me because when my family makes it, we all get together and eat together. When we eat this honey cake, we usually drink Yemeni coffee with it. We mostly eat it on special holidays, like Ramadan and Eid.
